The Master Lock Global Zenex™ thermoplastic snap lock safety padlock features a 1-3/8 inch (35 mm) wide thermoplastic orange body and a 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) tall, 3/16 inch (5 mm) diameter marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle, offering superior corrosion resistance. The thermoplastic body is designed to withstand chemicals and extreme temperatures while remaining lightweight. This padlock is specifically intended for safety lockout/tagout applications, equipped with a high-security Reserved for Safety 6-pin tumbler cylinder that complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive. It includes write-on, multi-language padlock labels for on-site customization, with 14 language options available for global identification. Additionally, the padlock features a non-conductive, non-magnetic, non-sparking dielectric nylon shackle, a patented design that complies with OSHA guidelines, allows for non-key retaining, and can withstand UV exposure. The product dimensions include a body height of 1-7/8 inches (48 mm) and a shackle clearance height of 1-1/2 inches (38 mm). For immediate user recognition, a S142 photo identification label is also available. The padlock is keyed different and utilizes a 6-pin tumbler cylinder.
