The Master Lock Global Zenex™ thermoplastic snap lock safety padlock features a 1-3/8 in (35 mm) wide thermoplastic black body and a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) tall, 3/16 in (5 mm) diameter marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle, providing superior corrosion resistance. This thermoplastic body is designed to withstand chemicals and extreme temperatures while remaining lightweight. Specifically designed for safety lockout/tagout applications, the high-security 6-pin tumbler cylinder complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive. The padlock includes write-on, multi-language labels for on-site customization, with English "Danger" and "Property of" labels provided, along with 14 additional language options for global identification purposes. The patented design adheres to OSHA guidelines and features a non-key retaining mechanism, allowing the padlock to be left unlocked and snap locked. The non-conductive, non-magnetic, non-sparking dielectric nylon shackle is recommended for sensitive environments requiring a plastic 3/16 in (4.76 mm) shackle size and includes a S142 photo identification label for immediate user recognition. The padlock dimensions include a width of 1-3/8 in (35 mm), a height of 1-7/8 in (48 mm), and a shackle with a height clearance of 1-1/2 in (38 mm).
