The Master Lock Global ZENEX™ thermoplastic snap lock safety padlock features a 1-3/8 in (35 mm) wide thermoplastic green body and a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) tall, 3/16 in (5 mm) diameter marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle for superior corrosion resistance. The thermoplastic body is designed to withstand chemicals and extreme temperatures while remaining lightweight. This padlock is specifically designed for safety lockout/tagout applications and includes a high-security reserved for safety 6-pin tumbler cylinder, which complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive. It comes with write-on, multi-language padlock labels for on-site customization, and features a non-conductive, non-magnetic, non-sparking dielectric nylon shackle. The padlock measures 1-3/8 in (35 mm) wide, 1-7/8 in (48 mm) tall with a shackle that has a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) high clearance. The patented design complies with OSHA guidelines and includes English write-on "Danger" and "Property of" labels, with an option for 14 different languages for global identification purposes. It also offers a S142 photo identification label for immediate user recognition, and features a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder.
