The Master Lock thermoplastic safety padlock is designed for lockout/tagout applications, featuring a 1-3/8 in (35 mm) wide plastic orange body and a 3 in (76 mm) tall, 3/16 in (5 mm) diameter marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle that offers superior corrosion resistance. The lock body is resilient against chemicals, temperature extremes, and is UV stable, making it ideal for corrosive environments. Its patented design adheres to OSHA guidelines of "one employee, one lock, one key," while the non-key retaining feature prevents accidental unlocking. Additionally, the padlock includes English write-on "Danger" and "Property of" labels, with 14 language options available for global identification. A S142 photo identification label is also provided for immediate user recognition, and the padlock is keyed differently with a 6-pin tumbler. The dimensions include a 1-7/8 in (48 mm) height and a 3 in (76 mm) shackle clearance.
