The Master Lock Global Zenex™ thermoplastic snap lock safety padlock features a 1-3/8in (35mm) wide thermoplastic orange body and a 1-1/2in (38mm) tall, 3/16in (5mm) diameter marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle, providing superior corrosion resistance. The thermoplastic body is designed to withstand chemicals and extreme temperatures while remaining lightweight. This padlock is specifically designed for safety lockout/tagout applications, featuring a high-security Reserved for Safety 6-pin tumbler cylinder that complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive. The padlock includes write-on, multi-language labels for on-site customization, with English "Danger" and "Property of" labels provided, as well as 14 language options available for global identification. The patented design allows for non-key retaining use, enabling the padlock to be left unlocked and snap locked as needed. The 3/16in (4.76mm) diameter shackle fits various applications and is UV stable, while the keyed different configuration enhances security. The lock dimensions include a shackle clearance of 1-1/2in (38mm) and a total height of 1-7/8in (48mm).
