The Master Lock Global Zenex™ thermoplastic snap lock safety padlock features a 1-3/8 in (35 mm) wide thermoplastic white body and a 3 in (76 mm) tall, 3/16 in (5 mm) diameter marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle for superior corrosion resistance. The thermoplastic body is designed to withstand chemicals and extreme temperatures while remaining lightweight. This padlock is specifically designed for safety lockout/tagout applications and incorporates a high-security, reserved for safety 6-pin tumbler cylinder that complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive. The padlock includes write-on, multi-language labels for on-site customization, featuring English "Danger" and "Property Of" labels, with 14 additional language options available for global identification purposes. The padlock is non-key retaining, allowing it to be left unlocked and snap locked as needed. The design accommodates a 3/16 in (4.76 mm) diameter shackle, providing versatility for more applications, and it features a shackle clearance of 3 in (76 mm). Additionally, a S142 photo identification label is available for immediate user recognition, and the padlock is keyed different with a 6-pin tumbler.
