The Master Lock Global Zenex™ thermoplastic snap lock safety padlock features a 1-3/8 in (35 mm) wide thermoplastic blue body and a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) tall, 3/16 in (5 mm) diameter marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle, providing superior corrosion resistance. The thermoplastic body is designed to withstand chemicals and extreme temperatures while remaining lightweight. Specifically engineered for safety lockout/tagout applications, it includes a high-security Reserved for Safety 6-pin tumbler cylinder that complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive. The padlock comes with write-on, multi-language labels for on-site customization, including English "Danger" and "Property of" labels with 14 language options available for global identification. This padlock is recommended for sensitive environments requiring a plastic 3/16 in (4.76 mm) shackle size and features a non-conductive, non-magnetic, non-sparking dielectric nylon shackle. It has a clearance of 1-1/2 in (38 mm) and a height of 1-7/8 in (48 mm). The patented design complies with OSHA guidelines, and it includes a keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinder, allowing it to be left unlocked and snap locked when not in use.
