The lock body is designed to withstand chemicals, extreme temperatures, and is UV stable, ensuring durability in various conditions. It is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications and boasts a high-security, reserved-for-safety cylinder with a non-key retaining mechanism, thus preventing accidental unlocking. The padlock complies with the OSHA guideline of "one employee, one lock, one key" directive and features a shackle that fits multiple applications with 3/16in (4.76mm) diameter. Additionally, the padlock includes English write-on "Danger" and "Property of" labels, with 14 language options available for global identification purposes, and a S142 photo identification label for immediate user recognition.
