The Master Lock Global Zenex™ thermoplastic snap lock safety padlock is designed specifically for safety lockout/tagout applications, featuring a 1-3/8 in (35 mm) wide thermoplastic red body and a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) tall, 3/16 in (5 mm) diameter marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle that provides superior corrosion resistance. The thermoplastic body is lightweight and can withstand chemicals and extreme temperatures, while the non-conductive, non-magnetic, non-sparking dielectric nylon shackle ensures safety in sensitive environments. This padlock includes a high-security Reserved for Safety 6-pin tumbler cylinder that complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive of OSHA guidelines. The padlock is non-key retaining, allowing it to be left unlocked and snap locked, and features a patented design that provides a shackle clearance of 1-1/2 in (38 mm). It also comes with English write-on "Danger" and "Property of" labels, with 14 language options for global identification, and an optional S142 photo identification label for immediate user recognition. Keyed different 6-pin tumbler cylinders enhance security. The dimensions of the padlock are 1-3/8 in (35 mm) wide and 1-7/8 in (48 mm) tall.
