The Master Lock No. 497A heavy duty English/Spanish safety tags are designed for durability with a polyester laminate that resists water, grease, and extreme temperatures. Measuring 5-3/4 inches (146 mm) high and 3-1/8 inches (79 mm) wide, these tags feature a 7/16 inch (11 mm) diameter brass grommet that accepts all safety padlocks. With heavy duty construction that can withstand over 50 lbs. (23 kg) of pull force, they comply with the OSHA lockout/tagout standard. The tags can be customized with name, department, and expected completion date, and each package includes one bag containing 12 tags and 12 ties.
