The Master Lock® No. 497A heavy duty safety tags are designed with durable polyester laminate to resist water, grease, and extreme temperatures, ensuring longevity and reliability. Each tag measures 5-3/4in (146mm) high by 3-1/8in (79mm) wide and features a 7/16in (11mm) diameter brass grommet that accepts all safety padlocks. The heavy duty construction of these tags can withstand over 50 lbs. (23kg) of pull force, complying with OSHA lockout/tagout standards. Users can customize the tags with their name, department, and expected completion date. The product is supplied in a package that contains 1 bag with 12 tags and 12 ties.
