The Master Lock Zenex™ thermoplastic safety padlock, keyed alike, allows multiple locks to open with the same key and features a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) wide plastic orange body and a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) tall, 1/4 in (6 mm) diameter metal shackle. Designed exclusively for lockout/tagout applications, the padlock boasts a durable, lightweight, non-conductive lock body that is easy to carry. It includes high-security, reserved-for-safety cylinder technology with key retaining functionality to ensure the padlock is not left unlocked. The features also encompass a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) width, a 1-3/4 in (4.4 cm) tall thermoplastic orange body, and a shackle with 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) clearance. Customization on-site is possible with permanent, write-on labels, and the padlock complies with OSHA's "one employee, one lock, one key" directive while utilizing a keyed alike 6-pin tumbler cylinder.
