The Master Lock Global Zenex™ thermoplastic snap lock safety padlock features a 1-3/8in (35mm) wide thermoplastic purple body and a 1-1/2in (38mm) tall, 3/16in (5mm) diameter marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle for superior corrosion resistance. The thermoplastic body is designed to withstand chemicals and extreme temperatures while being lightweight, making it ideal for safety lockout/tagout applications. The high-security Reserved for Safety 6-pin tumbler cylinder complies with the "One Employee, One Lock, One Key" directive, and it includes write-on, multi-language padlock labels for on-site customization. This padlock is a recommended solution for sensitive environments where a plastic 3/16in (4.76mm) shackle size is required, with a shackle that fits more applications due to its 3/16in (4.76mm) diameter. Its patented design features a non-key retaining mechanism, allowing the padlock to be left unlocked and snap locked as needed. Additionally, the padlock is UV stable and comes with English "Danger" and "Property Of" labels, as well as 14 language options for global identification purposes, and a S142 photo identification label for immediate user recognition. The padlock is keyed different with a 6-pin tumbler and has a shackle clearance of 1-1/2in (38mm).
