The lock body is designed to withstand chemicals, temperature extremes, and is UV stable, ensuring durability in various conditions. This padlock is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications and includes a high-security reserved-for-safety cylinder with key retaining to prevent accidental unlocking. Additional features include a 3/16 in (4.76 mm) diameter shackle that fits more applications, a patented design that complies with the OSHA guideline of "one employee, one lock, one key," and non-key retaining functionality.
