The Master Lock Zenex™ thermoplastic safety padlock is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications, featuring a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) wide orange thermoplastic body and a metal shackle measuring 1-1/2 in (38 mm) tall with a 1/4 in (6 mm) diameter. The durable, lightweight, and non-conductive design enhances portability, while the high-security, reserved-for-safety cylinder includes a key retaining mechanism to prevent the padlock from being left unlocked. Additionally, the padlock allows for on-site customization with permanent, write-on labels and adheres to OSHA's directive of "one employee, one lock, one key."
