The Master Lock dielectric thermoplastic safety padlock features a 1-1/2in (38mm) wide ZENEX™ thermoplastic green body and a 1-1/2in (38mm) tall, 1/4in (6mm) diameter plastic shackle, designed to help prevent electrocution and arc flashing while also preventing electrical current from shackle to key. All components, including the plastic, copper, and brass, are non-sparking and non-magnetic, ensuring safety in various environments. The padlock is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications, constructed from durable, lightweight, non-conductive thermoplastic material, making it easy to carry. It features a key retaining cylinder that ensures the padlock is not left unlocked and is keyed different with a 6-pin tumbler. The dimensions of the padlock include a 1-1/2in (38mm) width and a 1-1/2in (38mm) clearance for the shackle, along with a height of 1-3/4in (45mm). The padlock also complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive.
