The Master Lock dielectric thermoplastic safety padlock features a 1-1/2in (38mm) wide Zenix™ thermoplastic black body and a 1-1/2in (38mm) tall, 1/4in (6mm) diameter plastic shackle, designed to prevent electrocution, arc flashing, and electrical current from shackle to key. All components are non-sparking and non-magnetic, including the plastic, copper, and brass elements. This padlock is exclusively designed for lockout/tagout applications, utilizing durable, lightweight, non-conductive thermoplastic for easy portability. It has a compliance with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive and features a key retaining cylinder that ensures the padlock is not left unlocked. The padlock is keyed different and includes a 6-pin tumbler for added security. The dimensions of the padlock are 1-1/2in (38mm) wide and 1-3/4in (45mm) tall, with a plastic shackle providing 1-1/2in (38mm) clearance.
