The Master Lock Dielectric Thermoplastic Safety Padlock features a 1-1/2in (38mm) wide ZENEX™ thermoplastic orange body and a 1-1/2in (38mm) tall, 1/4in (6mm) diameter plastic shackle designed to prevent electrocution and arc flashing, while also preventing electrical current from the shackle to the key. All components are non-sparking and non-magnetic, including the plastic, copper, and brass materials. This padlock is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications, featuring a durable, lightweight, and non-conductive thermoplastic lock body. The product complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive and includes a key retaining cylinder to ensure that the padlock is never left unlocked. Additionally, it is keyed alike and utilizes a 6-pin tumbler mechanism. The dimensions of the padlock are 1-1/2in (38mm) wide, 1-3/4in (45mm) tall, with a clearance of 1-1/2in (38mm) for the plastic shackle.
