The American Lock aluminum padlock features a 1-1/2in (38mm) wide black anodized aluminum body and a 1-1/2in (38mm) tall, 1/4in (6mm) diameter chrome plated, boron alloy shackle for superior cut resistance. Its anodized finish makes the padlock suitable for lockout/tagout applications in food processing facilities, while the corrosion resistant finish is designed for tough environments. The lock complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive and is equipped with a high security, reserved for safety cylinder. Additionally, the key retaining feature ensures that the padlock cannot be left unlocked.
