The American Lock aluminum padlock features a 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) wide silver anodized aluminum body with a 3 inch (75 mm) tall, 1/4 inch (6 mm) diameter chrome plated, boron alloy shackle, providing superior cut resistance. The anodized finish makes the padlock suitable for lockout in food processing facilities, while the corrosion resistant finish is ideal for tough environments. Designed specifically for lockout/tagout applications, the padlock includes a high security, reserved for safety cylinder with a key retaining feature, ensuring that it is not left unlocked. The padlock is compliant with the OSHA "one employee, one lock, one key" directive and features a keyed different 6-pin tumbler. The 3 inch shackle clearance adds versatility for various locking needs.
