The Master Lock dielectric thermoplastic safety padlock features a 1-1/2in (38mm) wide ZENEX™ thermoplastic black body and a 1-1/2in (38mm) tall, 1/4in (6mm) diameter plastic shackle, designed to help prevent electrocution and arc flashing while also preventing electrical current from shackle to key. All components of the padlock are non-sparking and non-magnetic, including plastic, copper, and brass materials. This padlock is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications and boasts a durable, lightweight, non-conductive thermoplastic lock body. It complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive and features a key retaining cylinder to ensure that the padlock is not left unlocked. The padlock is keyed different and utilizes a 6-pin tumbler mechanism, with dimensions of 1-1/2in (38mm) for the clearance of the plastic shackle and a height of 1-3/4in (45mm).
