The Master Lock dielectric thermoplastic safety padlock features a 1-1/2in (38mm) wide ZENEX™ thermoplastic yellow body and a 1-1/2in (38mm) tall, 1/4in (6mm) diameter plastic shackle designed to help prevent electrocution and arc flashing, while also preventing electrical current from shackle to key. All components are non-sparking and non-magnetic, including plastic, copper, and brass materials. This padlock is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications, utilizing a durable and lightweight non-conductive thermoplastic lock body. It measures 1-1/2in (38mm) wide, 1-3/4in (45mm) tall, with a plastic shackle providing 1-1/2in (38mm) clearance. The padlock complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive and includes a key retaining cylinder to ensure that the padlock is not left unlocked. Additionally, it features a keyed different, 6-pin tumbler mechanism.
