The American Lock aluminum padlock features a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) wide orange anodized aluminum body and a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) tall, 1/4 in (6 mm) diameter chrome plated, boron alloy shackle, providing superior cut resistance. The anodized finish makes the padlock suitable for lockout in food processing facilities, and its corrosion-resistant finish is ideal for tough environments. Designed specifically for lockout/tagout applications, this padlock includes a high-security, reserved for safety cylinder with a key retaining feature that ensures the padlock is not left unlocked. The padlock has a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) shackle clearance, complies with OSHA's "one employee, one lock, one key" directive, and features a keyed different 6-pin tumbler.
