The Master Lock dielectric thermoplastic safety padlock features a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) wide ZENEX™ thermoplastic orange body and a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) tall, 1/4 in (6 mm) diameter plastic shackle designed to help prevent electrocution and arc flashing, as well as to prevent electrical current from shackle to key. All components, including plastic, copper, and brass, are non-sparking and non-magnetic. This padlock is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications and is constructed from durable, lightweight, non-conductive thermoplastic for easy portability. The padlock includes a key retaining cylinder, which ensures that it cannot be left unlocked, and features a keyed different, 6-pin tumbler configuration. It complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive for enhanced safety and security. The dimensions include a clearance of 1-1/2 in (38 mm) from the plastic shackle.
