The Master Lock Dielectric Thermoplastic Safety Padlock features a 1-1/2in (38mm) wide ZENEX™ thermoplastic blue body and a 1-1/2in (38mm) tall, 1/4in (6mm) diameter plastic shackle, specifically designed to help prevent electrocution and arc flashing while also preventing electrical current from shackle to key. All components, including plastic, copper, and brass, are non-sparking and non-magnetic. This padlock is designed exclusively for lockout/tagout applications, utilizing durable, lightweight, non-conductive thermoplastic material for ease of carry. It complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive and features a key retaining cylinder to ensure that the padlock is not left unlocked. The padlock is keyed different with a 6-pin tumbler and has a clearance of 1-1/2in (38mm) for the plastic shackle, which has a total height of 1-3/4in (45mm).
