The Master Lock dielectric thermoplastic safety padlock features a 1-1/2in (38mm) wide ZENEX™ thermoplastic green body and a 1-1/2in (38mm) tall, 1/4in (6mm) diameter plastic shackle, designed to help prevent electrocution and arc flashing while also ensuring that electrical current cannot transfer from the shackle to the key. All components are non-sparking and non-magnetic, made from plastic, copper, and brass. The padlock is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications, incorporating a durable yet lightweight non-conductive thermoplastic material that is easy to carry. It includes a key retaining cylinder to prevent the padlock from being left unlocked and features a keyed alike, 6-pin tumbler mechanism. With dimensions of 1-1/2in (38mm) in width, 1-3/4in (45mm) in height, and a plastic shackle providing 1-1/2in (38mm) clearance, the padlock complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive.
