The American Lock aluminum padlock features a 1-1/2 inch (38mm) wide yellow anodized aluminum body, paired with a 1-1/2 inch (38mm) tall, 1/4 inch (6mm) diameter chrome plated, boron alloy shackle that provides superior cut resistance. The anodized finish is designed for use in lockout/tagout applications, making it suitable for food processing facilities, while the corrosion-resistant properties ensure durability in tough environments. This padlock complies with OSHA's "one employee, one lock, one key" directive and incorporates a high-security, reserved-for-safety cylinder, as well as a key retaining feature that prevents it from being left unlocked. Additionally, it includes a keyed different 6-pin tumbler for enhanced security. The shackle clearance measures 1-1/2 inches.
