The Master Lock dielectric thermoplastic safety padlock features a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) wide ZENEX™ thermoplastic orange body and a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) tall, 1/4 in (6 mm) diameter plastic shackle designed to help prevent electrocution, arc flashing, and electrical current from the shackle to the key. All components are non-sparking and non-magnetic, including the plastic, copper, and brass materials. This padlock is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications, utilizing durable, lightweight, and non-conductive thermoplastic for the lock body. It complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive and features a key retaining cylinder to ensure that the padlock is not left unlocked. The padlock is keyed different and has a 6-pin tumbler mechanism. The dimensions include a 1-1/2 in (38 mm) clearance.
