The Master Lock Global Zenex™ thermoplastic snap lock safety padlock features a 1-3/8 inch (35 mm) wide thermoplastic red body and a 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) tall, 3/16 inch (5 mm) diameter marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle for superior corrosion resistance. The thermoplastic body is designed to withstand chemicals and extreme temperatures while remaining lightweight, making it ideal for safety lockout/tagout applications. The padlock's high-security Reserved for Safety 6-pin tumbler cylinder complies with the "One Employee, One Lock, One Key" directive. It includes write-on, multi-language padlock labels for on-site customization and features a shackle diameter of 3/16 inch (4.76 mm) that fits more applications. The marine grade 316 stainless steel shackle enhances corrosion resistance, while the overall dimensions include a 1-3/8 inch (35 mm) wide and 1-7/8 inch (48 mm) tall thermoplastic body with a shackle clearance of 1-1/2 inch (38 mm). This padlock has a non-key retaining mechanism, allowing it to be left unlocked and snap locked as needed. It is UV stable and includes English "Danger" and "Property Of" labels with a total of 14 language options available for global identification purposes, along with an S142 photo identification label for immediate user recognition. The padlock is keyed different and features a 6-pin tumbler configuration.
