The Master Lock Dielectric Thermoplastic Safety Padlock is designed for lockout/tagout applications and features a 1-1/2in (38mm) wide ZENEX™ thermoplastic purple body and a 1-1/2in (38mm) tall, 1/4in (6mm) diameter plastic shackle that helps prevent electrocution and arc flashing, as well as preventing electrical current from shackle to key. All components—including plastic, copper, and brass—are non-sparking and non-magnetic. The padlock's durable and lightweight non-conductive thermoplastic lock body ensures easy transport, and it includes a key retaining cylinder to prevent the padlock from being left unlocked. This padlock complies with the "One Employee, One Lock, One Key" directive and features a keyed different system with a 6-pin tumbler. The dimensions include a plastic shackle with a 1-1/2in (38mm) clearance.
