The Master Lock dielectric thermoplastic safety padlock features a 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) wide ZENEX™ thermoplastic orange body and a 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) tall, 1/4 inch (6 mm) diameter plastic shackle designed to help prevent electrocution and arc flashing, as well as prevent electrical current from transferring from the shackle to the key. All components, which include plastic, copper, and brass, are non-sparking and non-magnetic. This padlock is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications, utilizing durable and lightweight non-conductive thermoplastic material for easy portability. It has a key retaining cylinder, ensuring the padlock cannot be left unlocked, and adheres to the "one employee, one lock, one key" compliance directive. The padlock is keyed different with a 6-pin tumbler and has a clearance of 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) with dimensions measuring 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) wide and 1-3/4 inch (45 mm) tall.
