The Master Lock dielectric thermoplastic safety padlock features a 1-1/2in (38mm) wide ZENEX™ thermoplastic green body and a 1-1/2in (38mm) tall, 1/4in (6mm) diameter plastic shackle, designed to help prevent electrocution and arc flashing, while also preventing electrical current from shackle to key. All components are non-sparking and non-magnetic, including the plastic, copper, and brass materials. This padlock is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications and is constructed from durable, lightweight, non-conductive thermoplastic. Its dimensions include a clearance of 1-1/2in (38mm) for the plastic shackle, and it complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive. The key retaining cylinder ensures the padlock is not left unlocked, and it features a keyed different, 6-pin tumbler for added security.
