The Master Lock Dielectric Thermoplastic Safety Padlock features a 1-1/2in (38mm) wide ZENEX™ thermoplastic black body and a 1-1/2in (38mm) tall, 1/4in (6mm) diameter plastic shackle, designed to help prevent electrocution and arc flashing, while also preventing electrical current from the shackle to the key. All components are non-sparking and non-magnetic, including plastic, copper, and brass. This padlock is specifically designed for lockout/tagout applications, showcasing a durable, lightweight, non-conductive thermoplastic lock body. It complies with the "one employee, one lock, one key" directive and features a key-retaining cylinder to ensure the padlock is not left unlocked. Additionally, it has a keyed different configuration with a 6-pin tumbler for added security. The padlock dimensions include a clearance of 1-1/2in (38mm) and a height of 1-3/4in (45mm).
