The Master Lock No. S3081 adjustable ball valve lockout is constructed from durable, lightweight Zenex™ thermoplastic material, designed to withstand chemicals and extreme temperatures. This device is engineered for ease of use, effectively preventing accidental activation of closed ball valves. Its adjustable design accommodates valves ranging from 1/2 in (13 mm) to 2 in (51 mm), while a removable insert allows it to fit a broad spectrum of handle designs and dimensions. Additionally, the lockout device features four locking holes that accept all American Lock® and Master Lock® safety padlocks, ensuring secure locking options. The S3081 is also compatible with the S806 cable lockout device for enhanced security.
