The Master Lock No. S3476 1/4 turn ball valve lockout features a compact size that can easily be stored or carried and a heat resistant powder coated metal body. This device fits manual, quarter turn ball valve handles to protect against accidental opening and accommodates valves ranging from 1/4 in (6 mm) to 1 in (25 mm) in diameter. The easy-to-use one piece design effectively locks the valve in the off position, while two rows of lockout points ensure a secure fit. The kit includes the lockout device itself, specifically designed for compatibility with a variety of valve handle sizes.
