The Omega II® Commercial Radiant Infrared Tube Heater is the original dry tube gas-fired system manufactured in the US by Combustion Research, featuring a powerful 150,000 BTU power vented design with a 4" OD emitter tube that operates on natural gas. This pre-engineered, gas-fired, unitary power vented system is packaged in a 30' U-configuration, achieving energy savings of 30-50% compared to conventional heating systems. Each system includes a powder coated aluminized steel burner, bright finish aluminum reflectors, tube and reflector hangers, intermediate supports, heat-treated aluminized steel radiant tubes, joint sealer, screws, turbulators, stainless steel flexible gas connector with manual gas valve (US only), and two reflector end caps. It is suitable for various commercial and industrial applications, including aircraft hangers, large warehouses, animal confinement, oil and lube shops, auto dealerships, patios, brooders, pole barns, bump shops, service garages, car and truck wash bays, shipping and receiving docks, steel warehousing, greenhouses, and swimming pools. The heater is CSA certified and comes with a limited warranty of three years on ignition controls and electrical components, and ten years on radiant tubes. Installation codes require that Combustion Research Corp. products be installed in accordance with local codes, laws, and regulations, and only by an HVAC contractor qualified in the installation and service of gas-fired heating equipment.
