The kit includes a filtration system with a 30 CFM filtration rate and a 48 CFM flow capacity, designed with a 3-stage, grade-D filtration process. It features filter change indicators on all filters, a 1/2" Hansen 5000 series plug inlet with a maximum inlet pressure of 150 PSI, and two automatic drains with discharge tubes, alongside one manual drain. Operating at 9 VDC and 60 Hz, the system is equipped with a carbon monoxide monitor set at 10 PPM per OSHA regulations (5 PPM for Canada), which is CSA approved for Class 1, Division 1, Groups C and D environments. The package includes a 3-outlet solid aluminum block manifold (1/4" Hansen style), external warning lights and alarms, a pressure regulator, a safety relief valve set at 125 PSI, and a visual airflow meter for monitoring. The entire system is mounted in a Pelican™ case and can be used in both closed and upright positions. A replacement filter kit is identified as BB30-FK, and the monitor requires monthly calibration, with calibration kits available as BBK-20 or BBK-20103 (BBK-10 or BBK-10103 for Canada). Note that there is no remote alarm capability for use with BBK-20, BBK-20103, BBK-10, BBG-00, BBG-20, BB30-FK, BB30-A, BB30-C, or BB30-D.
