The kit includes a filtration system with 100 CFM filtration and a flow capacity of 123 CFM, featuring a 3-stage, grade-D filtration process. It is equipped with filter change indicators on all filters, a 1/2" Hansen 5000 series plug inlet with a maximum inlet pressure of 150 PSI, and (2) automatic drains with discharge tubes, along with (1) manual drain. The system operates at 115 VAC and 9-12 VDC, 60 Hz, and has a CO monitor installed, set at 10 PPM per OSHA standards (5 PPM for Canada). It also includes a 4-outlet solid aluminum block manifold with 1/4" Schrader style connections, external warning lights and alarms, a pressure regulator, and a safety relief valve set at 125 PSI. Users can monitor airflow through a visual air flowmeter. The unit is mounted on a powder-coated white steel panel. The replacement filter kit is designated as BB100-FK, and monitoring requires calibration once a month using calibration kits BBK-20 or BBK-20103 (BBK-10 or BBK-10103 for Canada). Remote alarm options available include ALMSTH120, EXAL, and EXVST, compatible with various calibration and replacement kits.
