The ALC 40005 250 lb portable pressure blaster is ideal for various surface preparation tasks, including the removal of paint, scale, rust, and oxidation. This unit features a 25' heavy-duty Goodyear blast hose designed for durability and maneuverability, along with robust wheels and handles for easy transportation. It is equipped with a heavy-duty steel deadman shutoff handle for enhanced safety and longevity, a manual pull-up tank closure, an adjustable abrasive flow valve, and a pressure relief valve for operational safety. The kit includes two 1/8" nozzles, three 5/32" nozzles, a blast hood with a bump cap, and a moisture separator. The blaster requires an air supply of 7 CFM @ 80 PSI to 125 CFM @ 80 PSI depending on the nozzle size, and operates within a pressure range of 80 PSI to 125 PSI. Additionally, the tank is ASME certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
