The ALC 40004 150 lb Portable Pressure Blaster is designed for a variety of surface preparation tasks including the removal of paint, scale, rust, and oxidation. Constructed from steel, it features a 15' heavy-duty Goodyear blast hose for enhanced maneuverability and durability, along with sturdy wheels and handles that facilitate easy transport. The pressure blaster is equipped with a heavy-duty steel deadman shutoff handle for improved safety and longevity, as well as a manual pull-up tank closure, an adjustable abrasive flow valve, and a pressure relief valve. The kit includes two 1/8" nozzles, one 5/32" nozzle, a blast hood with bump cap, and a moisture separator. It operates at a range of 80 PSI to 125 PSI and requires airflow between 7 CFM @ 80 PSI and 125 CFM @ 80 PSI, depending on the nozzle size used. The tank is also ASME certified for compliance.
