This high-quality, fast cutting abrasive is typically used in a blast cabinet or in applications where the abrasive is being recycled. It maintains sharpness and has a longer life cycle compared to other abrasives, making it effective for penetrating deep into hard metal surfaces, which is ideal for achieving a semi-coarse finish. Additionally, it can be utilized for glass etching. It is important to note that the size of the blaster nozzle should be three to four times larger than the grit size of the abrasive being employed, as a larger nozzle size will require more cubic feet per minute (CFM) of air.
