The ALC 40003 110 lb. portable pressure blaster is designed for a variety of surface preparation tasks such as removing paint, scale, rust, and oxidation. This model features a 10' heavy-duty Goodyear blast hose for enhanced durability and maneuverability, along with robust wheels and handles that facilitate easy transport. It is equipped with a heavy-duty steel deadman shutoff handle to ensure longevity and safety. The blaster includes a manual pull-up tank closure, an adjustable abrasive flow valve, and a pressure relief valve. Additionally, the kit comes with two 1/8" nozzles, one 3/32" nozzle, and a blast hood with a bump cap. The unit requires an air supply between 7 CFM @ 80 PSI to 125 CFM @ 80 PSI depending on the size of the nozzle used and operates within a pressure range of 80 PSI to 125 PSI. The tank is ASME certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
