The ALC 40001 65 lb Portable Pressure Blaster is designed for various surface preparation tasks, including the removal of paint, scale, rust, and oxidation. This unit features a 10' heavy-duty Goodyear blast hose for enhanced durability and maneuverability, along with sturdy wheels and handles for ease of transport. It is equipped with a heavy-duty steel deadman shutoff handle to ensure longevity and safety, as well as a manual pull-up tank closure, an adjustable abrasive flow valve, and a pressure relief valve for operational versatility. The kit includes two 1/8" nozzles, one 3/32" nozzle, and a blast hood with bump cap. The pressure blaster requires an air supply of 7 CFM at 80 PSI to 125 CFM at 80 PSI, based on the size of the nozzle used, and operates within a pressure range of 80 PSI to 125 PSI. The tank has a capacity of .65 cu ft and is ASME certified for compliance.
