Gn40 leveling feet are simple, economically priced components designed for effective support and leveling. The static load rating of these feet is determined by the acceptable load rating of the stud, which has a tensile strength of 500/mm². The load capacity values provided assume a straight compressive load applied perpendicular to the foot; however, bending and buckling stress factors that commonly occur in actual applications may reduce the load rating of the stud and should be taken into account. To ensure the proper leveling mount size, it is recommended to divide the machine weight by the number of feet required, which will yield the load per leveling foot in pounds.
