The I-Bar sealer is designed for shrink film packaging but can also be utilized for sealing poly bags, functioning similarly to a hand sealer. It typically includes a round wire for cut and seal applications and is compatible with films up to 34" wide and 0.025mm (100 ga) thickness. The sealer features a robust steel construction, including the work base, ensuring quality and durability. Depending on the model, additional features may include a timer, heat gun holder, film roller, film separator, and cutter unit. The W-Series I-Bar sealer is particularly well-suited for shrink wrap packaging, with all models equipped with a round wire for effective cut and seal processes. The product comes with a limited warranty of 6 months. It is easy to operate: simply insert the product between two layers of center fold film, press down the sealing bar, and pull the sealer package slightly away to allow the element wire to cut and seal the edge. After sealing, turn the package over to seal the other side and apply hot air with a heat gun to achieve a uniform shrink. Key features include impulse sealing that requires no warm-up time, heavy-duty construction for enhanced durability, and available lengths of 14", 20", 26", 30", and 35".
