The I-Bar sealer is designed for shrink film packaging and can also seal poly bags, functioning similarly to a hand sealer. It typically includes a round wire for cut and seal, accommodating film up to 34" wide and 0.025mm (100 ga) thickness. The sealer features a robust steel construction, including the work base, ensuring quality and durability. Depending on the model, additional features may include a timer, heat gun holder, film roller, film separator, and cutter unit. The W-Series I-Bar sealer specifically excels in shrink wrap packaging. It has a limited warranty of 6 months, and its operation is straightforward: simply insert the product between two layers of center fold film and press down the sealing bar, then slightly pull the sealer package away to allow the element wire to cut and seal the edge, followed by sealing the other side. To complete the process, apply hot air using a heat gun to shrink the film uniformly. The sealer is available in lengths of 14", 20", 26", 30", and 35".
