The I-Bar sealer is designed for shrink film packaging but is also suitable for sealing poly bags, operating similarly to a hand sealer. This machine typically includes a round wire for cut and seal functionality, and can work with film up to 34" wide and 0.025mm (100 ga) thickness. Constructed from steel, including the work base, the sealer ensures quality and durability. Depending on the model, additional features may include a timer, heat gun holder, film roller, film separator, and cutter unit. The W-Series I-Bar sealer is particularly effective for shrink wrap packaging, with a limited warranty of 6 months. It is easy to operate: simply insert the product between two layers of center fold film and press down the sealing bar, then slightly pull the sealer package away to allow the element wire to cut and seal the edge before sealing the other side. This model is ideal for shrink wrapping or making bags from poly tubing, utilizes impulse sealing which requires no warm-up time, and has heavy-duty construction for enhanced durability. Available lengths for the sealer are 14", 20", 26", 30", and 35".
