The I-Bar sealer is designed for shrink film packaging and can also be used for sealing poly bags, functioning similarly to a hand sealer. The sealer typically includes a round wire for cut and seal, depending on the model. It accommodates film up to 34" wide and 0.025mm (100 ga) thickness. All sealers are constructed from steel, including the work base, ensuring quality and durability. Additional features may include a timer, heat gun holder, film roller, film separator, and cutter unit, depending on the model. The W-Series I-Bar sealer is especially suitable for shrink wrap packaging, as it comes with a round wire for cut and seal applications. The product is backed by a limited warranty of 6 months. The operation is straightforward: insert the product between two layers of center fold film, press down on the sealing bar, and slightly pull the sealer package away from the sealing bar. The element wire will cut and seal the edge, after which you can turn it over to seal the other side. Hot air from a heat gun can then be applied to shrink the film uniformly.
