The CN-4520A packing machine is specifically designed for continuous shrinking of PVC, POF, and polypropylene films utilized in shrink packaging. It features an adjustable speed AC variable speed conveyor that operates at 0-20 FPM, enabling easy operation by simply turning on the power and heater and adjusting the conveyor speed according to the film thickness. The machine is equipped with two temperature controllers for upper and lower heaters, ensuring optimal heat distribution. The tunnel, which measures 31.5 inches (L) x 17.7 inches (W) x 7.9 inches (H), is heated on all four sides by 10 replaceable ceramic electric tubes and includes a chamber length of 18 inches. Additional features include locking casters for mobility and a maximum film thickness capability of 240 gauge. This product comes with a limited warranty of 6 months, and users must provide their own plug for operation.
