The Miller® AirCore™ harness with steel hardware, model AC-QC-BDP/UGN, is a lightweight full body harness designed for enhanced comfort and airflow, featuring breathable open-core padding technology that reduces heat and moisture entrapment. This harness includes a finished carbon steel back D-ring, quick-connect chest strap, side D-rings, quick-connect leg straps, lumbar pad, sub-pelvic strap, and a removable belt. The harness is available in green and sized for Large/X-Large users. Key features include unique breathable padding that minimizes surface area by up to 16% and reduces weight by up to 10% compared to similar harnesses. The patented Duraflex® stretchable webbing allows for increased flexibility and comfort, while the contoured ergonomic padding design reduces chafing and irritation around sensitive areas. The harness also incorporates cam buckles for easy one-hand adjustment, ensuring webbing stays firmly in place without the need for readjusting, and a stand-up back D-ring for simplified attachment.
